Pricing questions

What people ask before signing up

Is the offline capability an add-on?

No. Offline selling and automatic sync are in every plan, including Starter. It is the core of the product, not an upsell.

Do you charge per transaction?

No. Sales, products and stock movements are unlimited on every plan. You pay per store, not per sale.

Do you take a cut of card payments?

No, because we do not process payments. Payment method is recorded on the sale for your reporting; you keep using your existing card terminal or e-wallet, and we never sit between you and the money.

Is it charged per till or per store?

Per store. Run two or three tills on the same counter at no extra cost — they share the store's stock and sync with each other. Several competitors bill per terminal or per device, which is what makes a second till expensive elsewhere.

How much does setup cost?

Nothing. Setup is included, and on Growth and Enterprise we import your existing product list for you. Setup and onboarding fees of ₱5,000 to ₱20,000 are common in this market; we do not charge one.

Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Yes — pay annually and you get two months free, so Starter is ₱12,900 a year instead of ₱15,480, and Growth is ₱24,900 instead of ₱29,880.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Monthly plans are month to month. There is no termination fee and no minimum term.

What happens to my data if I stop?

You export it. Every report goes out as CSV or PDF, and sales, products and stock export in bulk as CSV or Excel. On Enterprise you hold the database directly.
